Can VirtualDojo see customer data?
18 May 2026
When federal VARs evaluate new quoting software, the conversation always turns to data security. Margins, supply chain relationships, and pricing strategies are the lifeblood of a reseller.
Because our founding team has deep roots in the VAR space, we often get a direct question. "How do I know my bid data is safe and firewalled?"
It is the exact right question to ask. Trust is everything in government contracting. That is why we built VirtualDojo's architecture around strict data isolation and federal compliance standards from day one.
Here is exactly how we protect your data.
1. Zero Backend Access We physically cannot see your data. VirtualDojo is designed so that your margins, quotes, and customer details remain entirely within your controlled environment. We do not extract, duplicate, or monitor your pricing data on our end.
2. Time-Bound Support Access Only The only instance our team ever views your data is if you explicitly open a support ticket and grant permission-based, time-bound access to resolve a specific technical issue. If you do not grant access, we cannot see it.
3. Google Assured Workloads FedRAMP High Environment VirtualDojo's infrastructure and APIs operate entirely within a Google Assured Workloads FedRAMP High environment. We do not host your sensitive federal contracting data on generic commercial servers.
4. Built for CMMC and FedRAMP Many of our customers are currently undergoing CMMC audits. Our architecture is built to support your compliance efforts without introducing additional vendor risk. Furthermore, we are actively pursuing FedRAMP Moderate authorization to independently validate our security posture.
We built VirtualDojo to automate the heaviest lifts in federal quoting. We also built it with the exact security posture that defense contractors require.
